Wife and I took my daughter out for dinner, and afterwards suggested we go out for dessert. Daughter eats dairy free..and absolutely loves this place. I am NOT dairy free, but I thought their ice cream (Rocky Road) was delicious. Was also happy to see that they sell Lemon Ice King Ices...will be back. Cute and friendly staff to boot !!

I’m a frequent customer since I live just two blocks away, but tonight’s experience was very disappointing. Around 8:00 PM, I ordered a milkshake and a banana split. They gave me the milkshake, then spent almost 20 minutes serving other customers and delivery orders before I had to ask about my banana split. It was obvious they had forgotten my order. To make things worse, they handed me the banana split to go without a lid and said they didn’t have any. So how are delivery orders sent—an open container inside a paper bag? The two employees were rude, dismissive, and made no effort to apologize or offer a solution. This was by far the worst service I’ve received here, and I hope management addresses it.

CookiesNCream is easily one of the best dessert spots in the area. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and well put together. The menu has a huge variety of options—from classic ice cream flavors to specialty shakes, sundaes, and creative combinations—so there’s something for everyone. The quality really stands out. Everything tastes fresh, rich, and made with care. The portions are generous, and the presentation is on point, especially with the loaded shakes and sundaes. You can tell they don’t cut corners when it comes to ingredients or consistency. One thing that really sets this place apart is the outdoor seating. It’s a great setup, especially in nice weather, and makes it a perfect spot to relax, hang out, or bring family and friends. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick treat or spending some time there, it adds a lot to the overall experience. The staff is friendly, patient, and helpful, even when it gets busy. Service is efficient, and they take the time to make sure your order is right. Overall, CookiesNCream delivers on quality, variety, and atmosphere. Definitely a go-to spot if you’re craving dessert. Highly recommend—this place deser

The staff is so friendly here. I usually stop here with my son after he gets out of Cub Scouts. Everything is mouthwatering! My daughter loves the decadent milkshakes. Honestly, there is truly something for everyone. I know that if I stop here, my entire family will get something they love. Supporting a small business like this one is important to the community. Definitely worth the trip, every single time!

I had the cookie + ice cream combo (Brooke w/ vanilla ice cream) & it hit the spot for me!! My husband got a cookie from their special items & he devoured it as well (it was the one with sugar brûlée + crunch topping & coffee). We also had the house blend coffee. The staff here are so friendly! Everything was perfect. The spot is cute & small, accommodating to around 10 ppl. They have plenty of options for cookies, ice creams, & shakes, it’s overwhelming in a good way. I felt like a kid again.
